據說當時被拒絕的川普，後來直接在附近蓋了川普廣場賭場飯店，但在計劃擴張的時候仍再次向Coking協商，但可惜雙方在價格上沒有達成共識，直到2014年時Coking才將房子賣給Carl Ichan，不過目前照片中那棟漂亮的白色房子已經被拆掉了。
